I did inspect it since the box was damaged but I only checked the stem of the sensor. For those who may have ever tried to connect a wire connector, you would not think the mating end would break apart, right? It’s usually the connector end that breaks. I don’t even know how snapping in a wire connector could naturally break something, such as they accused me of... But yes, my fault for installing it when the box was clearly damaged. Didn’t dawn on me that trying to warranty this was going to be such a hassle. |
