That's pretty much impossible in terms of the supply chain. Imagine how many wheels they'd have to stock at each dealership... unless they'd choose select dealers to sell these items - which means people would have to pay a lot for shipping across countries/continents.

I think it will be select dealers. You can't get Yeezys at every footlocker selling Adidas.

What they might do is make them available online only. That's how I've gotten my Yeezys - adidas website in the first minutes of the drop.

Wow, a lot of you guys must be a blast to be around at social events. Look, those wheels are certainly not for me at all, and I struggle to think what color your car must be for it to work. I'm not a fan of influencers or YouTubers either.

I for one, enjoyed seeing all these classic BMW's making an appearance in a video that is made in 2020. I really loved seeing a gorgeous E30 M3, a rare 1M, the ridiculous E9X M3 pickup truck and some interesting Easter eggs in 2 mins video.

Of course its a marketing tool, and not a documentary. Or do you guys just see the bad in everything.

P.S. I'm not a young kid either before you ask

You do all realize the green on the new lightweight wheels is just paint don't you ? & that you'll likely be able to order them in a variety of colours.
I'd hate to see some of you modifying a car if you stumble at the idea of changing paint colour on a set of rims. 🙄

“Hype Rims” sums up BMW’s new direction. I am not sure about other areas of the world but around here, using the term “rims” to describe wheels clearly outlines you’re not an automotive enthusiast.
