Is ECS Tuning ok?

I've placed 15 orders with ECS since 2016. My most recent order was on 6/8, and they gave me a lower, fair shipping rate for one of the items that wasn't eligible for free shipping where I felt the cost listed on their website was too high. Every order so far has been perfect for me.

With that said, lately I've found that BMW Northwest has some of the cheapest prices around for parts that are actually eligible for their cheap shipping (can't recall if it's free or a flat $12.95). They however canceled my most recent order the morning after I placed it without giving me the option to pay for additional shipping, and then never responded when I inquired about still wanting to order the non freight items

I ended up going through BMW of South Atlanta for that order, whose prices were slightly higher, but I saved a ton in shipping by picking up the order myself.

First order from them was shipped next day and then it was the post office's fault that it took 11 days.

ECS is 30 minutes from my house.

Second order I decided to go pickup in person. COVID times so they said please wait in your car. After 20 minutes, nothing, they forgot I was there. Never again.

I was on vacation last week and ordered some stuff from FCP Euro and got it in two days. Good thing I ordered it on my way home.
