VRSF Customer Service/Email

Hey all, I have tried contacting VRSF 2 days in a row now through their email, got 1 reply within a day regarding my order. Bought some car parts for my Bimmer, some parts got delivered and some haven't even been shipped out.

Starting to get antsy.

Anyone else experienced this? Or know someone who can help me out?

They'll probably get you your parts eventually but I hope you don't have any deadlines/upcoming events you need them for. I tried to order from them once, customer service gave me some 0 effort/vague replies along the lines of "nope no estimated delivery date but if you pay us now before someone else takes your spot you'll get your parts at a point in the future". No thanks; another vendor (N54 Tuning) had a similar but better option delivered to me by the end of the week.

Hopefully I get them eventually, I'll give it a couple more days. Sucks how you can only contact VRSF through email.
