Anyone else see it? I watch on Youtube. I guess he is Carbahn now? I kinda chuckled at some of his "all other tuners don't know what they're doing" kinda talk. I enjoy the race talk though.

Yea, I listened to it. Decent show, talked about some interesting topics. Dinan seems really checked out of street cars going on 5+ years now. He's focusing on racing, left Dinan to do it's thing, and Dinan has really been on the downhill for a while.

He sold the business years ago and iirc took the race engine division with him. Prior to the sale he had some success with his race prepped Dinan BMW engines.(S62, S85).

Racing didn't pan out so he went back to what he knows and opened Carbahn. He has been software tuning BMW's going back to the 1990's. Gains were modest though due to the fact that BMW didn't offer turbo engines.

They used to offer the entire package (suspension, intake, exhaust, software etc)

I had a Dinan tune for my 135is and it was, I believe, one of their last tunes before they sold the company. It made a healthy 60hp more just with tuning.
