Using BMW Card Points Toward Down Payment?

I have a BMW Master Card, does anyone know if there is any way to apply the points towards the down payment on my next car?

I had one eons ago and I believe that was an option. Don't have the card anymore but I used to use that card at work all the time to buy parts, and anything I could get reimbursed for at work....went to Vegas many times with points.
That was one card that had some great options with the points. Sorry, again I am of no real assistance

From a quick search it looks dependent on the dealer due to the fee they pay for CC transactions. I’m planning on using my CC as well for the points and pay it once the charge appears on my account. Hopefully your dealer does allow CC down payment.

Yes, I always pay it off every month too. On the rewards site, there are a number of options including applying points toward monthly payment and cashback but I don't see anything about downpayment that's why I was hoping someone had done it so I could advise my dealer.
