extended 3rd party warranty.. which are the best/ worst??

Im looking into a comprehansive warranty to cover my 740il now that its reaching 100k. Which warranty is the best from your experience? which are the worst? and what should I look out for?

I recommend Mercury and Prizm.

i had Millenium for my Porsche. good coverage and customer service.
