I guess the link didn’t work. Just got another post card today.
Must really not work. Got another card today. Will this nonsense ever go away? Last edited by DanG; 04-02-2022 at 12:15 PM.. |

They just..... keep..... coming.
Opted out a fair while ago. STILL getting spammed. Way to set the "listen to the desires of your members", bar there, BMWCCA.

Safe assumption that the idea came from the Executive Director to help cover Club expenses, but you can be sure the Board of Directors—your elected representatives—had to approve it. No matter, it is certainly not the way we used to run the largest independent single-marque car club in the world. We all make poor choices at some time in our lives, but this smacks of a group effort from a group that's forgotten what a car club should be, and is desperately trying to remain solvent. Could it be that the "regional" BimmerLife publication is bankrupting the Club? Anyone seen a financial statement recently?

Don't understand the BimmerLife thing.... Plus the more frequent liberal writings in the Roundel and BimmerLife turn me off, especially the lastest Jouret piece in BimmerLife. We're a fricking car club. If I wanted to be lectured about climate change I'd attend a Biden rally.

Well, it's not "your" car magazine . . . but it is your Club if you're a member. So tell someone what you think. Write your counterpoint and see it in print. God knows Satch'll print nearly anything to fill a page.

Yeah, I can about see how that would go. About a .73% chance of it being printed. And then a retort from Satch regarding how I should get woke. I read the mag - I get their direction.
