Hi Guys

Has anyone been successful when replacing their E60/E63 rear reversing sensors with cheapo , presumably, Chinese devices off ebay?

Kinda reluctant to go that route but at the price it seems sensible to try!

Also - can anyone confirm that the same sensor is used across many marques? - they look identical to Merc, Volvo, Jag and even Peugeot....

I know it's for a different car but a friend of mine used some eBay sensors for his E46 and they worked fine.

Given the price difference, it's worth a shot with the eBay ones!

Thanks for the reply.... as you say, at £25 - whats to loose other than the hassle of bumper removal!

Will give it a go...
