and I get a message saying I have no account. Checked user/pw and they match. Any ideas? Both iPhones a 12mini, and 5S I use when working in the yard by the pool etc. or as an emergency backup phone. All other apps work fine on the backup device.

So just to be clear, your saying you can’t log into your account on any of your iPhones but you can from desktop?

No, can log on from pc, iPhone 12, but not iPhone 5S, there it says I have no account

It's not latest version since it's an older phone and only an older version is available which previously always worked fine.

Yea it will need the latest version for the logins to properly work unfortunatly
