OP, for your own future benefit, buy a house as fast as you can and when it makes sense to do so in your area. (Don't buy at the top...) The cars will come later and will be a much smaller part of your nut. Best thing I ever did financially was buy my first house. It opens doors for you that being a renter never will. The growth in equity I've seen has far outpaced any other investment I've ever made. Yep, save and buy a house.
