Side Mirror Cap Repair
Hi all.
Someone managed to scrape my right side mirror cap cover. It’s minor but would like to repair it by getting it resprayed rather than use touch up paint. This is mineral grey. Apparently the OEM caps only come primed. Ultimately, I’d love to remove it and have a paint shop do this but don’t think it would be wise to be riding around without a cap cover. Any ideas? I see IND sells them painted but only comes in pairs. |

Why don't you get real carbon covers to cover both door mirror bodies, it would hide the scrape and will probably cost the same as a paint shop repairing and painting your mirror cover.

I may just buy the primed one for $80, find a good shop to paint it mineral grey and hold onto the scraped one in case it happens again. I have an m-sport G20 with the black kidney grill. I was also considering the black gloss caps but not too sure about the look. |
