Spotify Issues - Spotify not working at the moment

I have an android. Galaxy Fold5, and for some reason it has stopped connecting to Spotify. I keep getting a message on the dashboard, saying Spotify is not working at the moment. Can anyone advise please?

Restart idrive. This will fix the problem. Happened to me a few times.
Restart by pressing down on the volume knob until the display goes black and the bmw logo appears. When it appears, let go of the volume knob and wait for idrive to start up again

Thanks that's great. I'll try that. Any idea about why digital Key won't work with my galaxy Fold5? Even though I have the latest updates?
