Towing the M2 is not possible. When I spoked with the people at Stealth Hitch before they released the X1 hitch, I was told that the maximum recommended towing weight was around 3000 pounds. I'm pretty sure that the M2 is way more than 3000 pounds?

Edit: I just found out that the 2023 X1 is only 3750 pounds. The 2023 M2 is 3814 pound. How can the little M2 weigh more than the X1?
Thanks for the info. I figured as much.

Mine is a 2018, so it’s more like 3600. But with the weight I’ve taken out of it probably a little less. Still not light enough, especially with a trailer.
