Irvine, CA - recommend a BMW dealer for routine maintenance and warranty repairs?

asking for a friend who owns a 2023 430i Gran Coupe. she just moved from OK to CA. Her lives near Irvine airport. Her previous car was a 2011 328i with just over 160,000 miles in near-mint condition, because she took care of it better than her own kid.(yes, I know, I know)

Her 430i has just reached 9000 miles after just only 5 months, mostly due to her moving to California. It's ready for its very first service.

Can anyone recommend a good BMW dealer for routine maintenance and warranty repairs(if needed). Anywhere within an hour driving time from Irvine airport. Let's face it, many dealers(BMW or otherwise) tend to treat women differently by assuming that women don't know anything about cars.

Thanks!

Thanks!

I never noticed that there were regional forums under the main forums.

Wondering what else is on Bimmerpost that I never noticed.

Because getting a G20 serviced and maintained is entirely different than getting any other BMW serviced and maintained and there are virtually zero California owners in the general BMW forum. You are exactly correct. What was he thinking posting such a question in the general BMW forum?!

Is asking the whole worldwide forum better then asking a forum dedicated to the specific vehical in the specified area? Maybe one shop in California is better at E series M cars and another is better at newer F series cars.

Sorry if you got butt hurt.

Not butt hurt. I just try not to ask condescending questions when it’s not necessary. Why did you choose to ask that question rather than inform him of the option to ask in a regional forum and point him in the right direction?

I probably would have posted this here too. General BMW question (I doubt a dealer services one car better than another). Also, those regional forums can be dead. When I had a G20, no one posted in the Midwest one. Also, some forums don’t even have a regional breakout (G29 Z4 does not).

No experience with any car brand of dealers in that area but there has to be about a zillion BMWs dealer in that area.

Google BMW dealers and look at the ratings for what I would think would be a pretty good guide which dealers to avoid and which dealers to use.
