My XM radio is not working. I tried all the quick fix options from XM and BMW.
The attached are what i see. I verified it's not the antenna, i performed a soft and hard reset. Still no fix.

I did have the hard drive recently replaced. The company that did the job, said they never touched the XM components.

Does anyone have any suggestions???

You may need to update the firmware for your vehicle's radio system. That might be able to solve your problem.
