Has anyone been able to get this to work?

My app loads but when I click record on the right, it prompts me to authorize through the mybmw app, but I don’t see anything to allow me permissions?

As of now I can only take a real time 30 second video

Mine has been working fine (2024 28i with ID9) but I haven't checked it lately.

You might need to click settings next to info on the first screen of the app and then privacy settings at the bottom. I chose all on.

Then maybe check the data privacy app in the car, again I set all to on.

The 30 second limit is when you are using the inbuilt storage. If you want to record more you can record to a USB stick but you are unable to use other apps whilst recording unless it is different on iD9.
