It happened on X1, I cannot send the destination of map from APP
to iDrive9 , anyone have the same issue?

As long as x1 system currently identifies you as the primary or secondary driver & the myBMW app recognizes you, I would think that directions could he sent from phone.
During 2 weeks in March I did have an issue like you mentioned but that was because BMW Corporate inadvertently removed my wife & I as the legitimate drivers from the app & vehicle

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I think the system recognizes me as the primary driver, The APP work fine everything but only the map location sending still have probelm.

I tried it the other day (after the 03.2024.40 update). Sent from the app, it did not show in BMW messages.

I’ve used app to send many destinations without a problem before & after recent ID9 update. When I send destinations I never get a message when I start up vehicle, like I get in my Acura RDX, but they are always in the X1’s system. Can send more than 1 at a time.

Note: before I send any location to x1 I always make it a Favorite in the app & alter its title as I want to view it in x1.
Have you tried looking within saved “my destination / favorites” in ID9, once made a favorite they are in alphabetical order.

Not sure it's supposed to show up in your messages. Did it show up under the received destinations tab when you are in navigation mode?

Nothing was received for the destination. That being said, I had to reboot the Head unit because SirusXM locked up.

Strange. Personally, I've never had an issue since picking up vehicle in January 2024. You may want to contact Genius or the dealer to see if they can troubleshoot the problem.

I would check the privacy settings in the car.
