The thing is my car has blind spot monitoring but I don't trust it. I would like to add a blind spot mirror accessory but I'm hearing putting this mirror on would make one of the error code lights come on, is this true?

NO... it does not ! I have had the maxi-view mirror on both side mirrors since having my car back in April 2023.

if you adjust your mirrors properly, you won't need those.

This car has a big blindspot I don't like, even when reversing I don't use backup cameras much
