is $31960 a little low for a BMW CPO '23 X1 M Sport Portimao Blue with 26251 miles?

my brother's kid just finished grad school and got a new job. she saw this listing on her local BMW dealer's website(United BMW in Georgia) Something doesn't compute because I think that's price is suspiciously low. However, I have no experience with these new X1 SUVs. Even with that kind of mileage, do they really sell for that cheap? I told her not to do anything until we get some opinions from people who actually own these new X1.

It’s a fleet car, which means probably a rental car which sometimes people don’t really care for, for example the cars required premium gas and someone that’s renting a car might just use regular gas which can damage car in the long run. I have friends that rent bmw’s in just put regular cheap gas so… I think that’s why the price

It's got high mileage for a car its age, but it's also pretty much fully loaded if it's an early '23 production model. Looks like it has the premium package, and the optional heated seats/steering wheel. All that's missing externally is the extended shadowline package and larger wheels I think. If it's a fleet car, chances are it hasn't been pampered as well as someone who owns it privately. I got mine in a similar spec for about $42K, so $32K seems a little low. I'd expect a dealership to be trying to sell it for at least $36K. If anything, go and check it out. If it seems like a good deal, ask for the service history and ask if they can throw in a warranty extension.

It's CPO. I'd compare it with other CPOs, and if it's a good deal, I'd pull the trigger before it's gone, personally.
