I noticed my trips in the my bmw app shows nothing for the last month. Nothing to my knowledge has changed since June 30 in the vehicle, so I have no idea why it’s all of a sudden stopped logging. Are there any settings I should check on?

It has happened to me a few times. In the app is it showing set up my trips under vehicle settings? If so there should be a procedure to follow but first I would make sure your privacy settings are set to all in the car and the app.

Mine stopped working in April and just started again at the beginning of July. I tried a bunch of stuff so I don’t know which worked but none of them were instant. I removed and reset my user and then reset idrive.
However in data privacy in iDrive the option to turn this on wasn’t even there. Then one day it just was there and i had to turn it on then activate it from the app.

Happened to me last month. Privacy settings were good. I had to hard-reboot the head unit (hold down the volume button until the screens go black - it's around a minute). After that, trips were coming through again.
