Hello,
My car at this date 26/7/2024 stopped completely from connect to bmw service and it was working properly from 8 months great

I tried to logout my user profile from the car idrive and I can not login again to the profile appear this message in attachment

- No mobile data reception at current location

also can not do new register appear same error message
this is happened after I update my bmw app to this version 4.7.2

I did this steps to try to solve but no luck
- reinstall my bmw app on my iphone

- do reset on idrive by press long on volume button for 30 sec and 70 sec and 2 minutes and no luck

- I went to the dealer and they checked to the TCU (telematic control unit) and said no issue with the hardware and this issue in the software and this is the message in diagnose report he send it to me i upload in attachment

- I contacted the main Germanny dealer and still not replied to me from 1 week until now

I dont know bmw blocked the TCU on my car or what the issue exactly
