Added Rockford Fosgate 12" sub

Just got my p500-12 subwoofer installed and it sounds amazing. Wanted something punchy but not insanely obnoxious and it’s perfect.

how does it connect into the existing audio system?

will this work if the sub is placed under the cargo floor?

Hi, to be honest I am not very savvy with installing electronics, so I paid for an install. Unless you know what you’re doing I would get an install somewhere that offers a warranty. For me, I went to tint world and it was great.
2. I don’t think it would fit, maybe laying flat but still the bass would be compromised. I play hockey, and I can still fit my bag in the trunk, but I guess it’s up to you’re needs of space.

This is interesting. My HK system is definitely lacking a good bass sound

my thoughts exactly. I also have the Hardon Kardon audio system. It's good enough half the time. But when the music needs bass, there's not much from those two little "subwoofers" under the front seats.

Definitely a let down after owning an F80 M3, those under seat subs were crazy good for a stock setup

Are you advising me to upgrade to the F80 M3 in order to enjoy better stereo? (please say yes, please say yes!) The HK system in my G20 330i is just okay... about the same as the HK system in my X1(U11). I didn't know that the M3 has a better audio system.

Match DSP 8 and Match under seat subs cost a bit more, but will improve sound all around.
