My wife just got a ‘25 X1 28i. It came with the plastic BMW all weather mats. I have searched for carpeted mats, and haven’t been able to find BMW made carpeted mats.

Does anyone know if BMW made carpeted floor mats exist? If so, please post part number(s) for front and rear.

Read a forum thread that mentioned last generation X1 floor mats are a close fit, but with some overhang on the passenger side. Anyone have experience with this?

Τhese are mine that I took out on the first day to put on the plastic BMW all weather mats. Glad i did...

if you bought all-weather mats, the dealer should have also given you the standard carpeted mats. you should go back and demand them.

that's what I was just about to say.

the regular mats shoudl be in the trunk, even if the X1 came with all weather rubber mats from BMW.

my guess is that the dealer or someone took them out during PDI?

I can verify this because I've seen them even in X1 loaners at my dealer. (still in unopened clear plastic bag)

Correct. My 4 carpeted mats were in the back & BMW installed the plastic mats in front & back. Sounds like the dealer owes you a set of mats.

BTW don’t ever use both sets at the same time. It’s dangerous

So, the carpeted mats were in the cargo area, under the storage flap thing. Never would have looked there until I read some of these posts. Thanks!
