I have U12 LWB (China region) shipped to Dubai and I doesn't connect to BMW services - showing strike on the globe icon - I'm not able to login to BMW ID.

I have many features disabled and not showing in the menu - Example (comfort access) menu missing, I can't open the car without the remote

I can list so many and very annoying - here are few screenshots - I did hours of research and I think the issue is the built-in sim doesn't get service or something in that nature, or maybe limitation of the custom software (china edition) or something - Can anyone please guide me on the right direction on how to resolve this issue?

I'm happy to pay for support or advise

Note: i do have ENET cable

I updated the software and remove the Chinese version from the car

Guys, do you have RDS system (text on FM radio stations) in your U12 cars?

I have the same request. The update is not possible if car not located in China.
I think is only way to swap another country version software. So how to this i don't know and the local services don't know too.

And imoprtant information. We must update the software, moreover we have a chance to catch the error (recall code 0034780200). After this, the car driving is not really safety.
