Has any USA owner seen Parking Assistant Professional after the 07/2024 update?

As an FYI, my date of manufacture is 04/2024 (late April).

I don’t see anything about Parking Assistant Professional in the release notes for the 07/2024 update, nor in the BMW ConnectedDrive Store.

Apparently, non-US market owners received the feature after the update.

yes, some did. We here in the US apparently are not allowed to have nice things, even if we are willing to pay cash to BMW. (not that I'm surprised)
