Possible to add DAP to UK 2024 iX2?

I'm looking at the various approved used iX2s on the BMW UK website, and none of them list Driving Assistant Plus or Pro, or even preparation like you see on some iX1s.

What's the story here? Is DAP just not available? Or is it included but not listed in the spec? Or is there a subscription-based update available?

The cars on the website are mostly Mar 2024 and Jun 2024.

I believe DAP is included in the Technology Plus Pack or as an option with the Technology Pack.

Be aware, I have a 10/23 produced, 07/24 registered ix1 with technology pack plus - DAP missing, have a ticket open with BMW to try and solve it but have gotten no where yet. Booked into dealer in 2 weeks time.

It should deffo be with Tech Plus pack though.

It’s really strange that none of the used cars listed on the BMW site show it. This is just iX2. Loads of iX1s show it as included.

Is there a particular date when it became part of tech plus pack?

I think your best bet is asking a potential seller for the vin or asking them to input the vin into https://www.mdecoder.com/ and sending you the report as it’s easy to see if DAP is installed or at least prepared. I found it a nightmare to get proper specs when leasing my ix1, no one seems to know what’s standard
