The types of people that buy these don't buy them for the performance or value. They buy them so they can brag to the other rich friends about how they have one, and their friends can't get one because there's only x number in the world and other ego stroking.

Sure, but Lambo priced it so high that there is no flipper money to be made. If this was priced at $1.2M I suspect it would sell at the $2-2.5M range on secondary market because it's so limited production, but they priced it at $3M and nobody is paying $4M+ for these when it's pretty much an Aventador with a different body. You can get almost any hypercar at this kind of pricing. Compare the interior of a Bugatti to this and it's not even close.
