Sorry for posting in the X1,X2 forum but I think the U-model shares many of the same parts. And there is no 2 series Active Tourer U06 forum

For some weeks ago we discovered that the pre-heating of the car did not work and there was no heat while driving in electric mode. Driving in ICE mode gives only lukewarm air.

After the dealer had it checked they concluded the heater is broken and will be replaced under warranty.

The car was purchased new and has been driven 45000km and is now 21 months old.

My question is, where is the electrical auxillary heater located?
