Map on Homescreen? Gone all the sudden
A long drive yesterday, during which I saw both BMW Maps and Google Nav in a smaller window to the right of the widget array on the homescreen -- now I can't seem to get that view to return.
Sure that this is user error but I'm throwing in the towel and asking for help. |

Assume Map work when you use Navigation setting.
Is it possible you set your HOME to MODE SETTING rather than MAPS? Your photo is dark but I think I see RED & BLUE COLORS Try swiping the white line on right side of the screen to the left. You should see MAP on the top right & I think MODE below it. PUSH on MAP. 🤞 |

Oh, BTW. though you did not ask, something else someone on the forum educated me on months ago. If you want to change the arrow icon to an orange vehicle instead on navigation system PRESS THE ARROW FOR A FEW SECONDS & it will change. I did not see this written anywhere by BMW.
My wife likes the orange vehicle because our X1 is “Utah Orange” Last edited by markronnie; 11-07-2024 at 09:00 AM.. |
