Me neither. Visually, it has not much going for it. I do have word from someone who has seen it in real-life that it does look a lot better. Time will tell.

Also, we can take comfort that this wasnt the Esprit replacement. I hope to see Lotus make one in the next few years.

I dunno if I can agree with you guys....it looks really good from the front and side but the back could have been better.
Maybe I don't see it the way you guys see it....that means you guys see it from designer's point of view but I see it from a normal human's point of view.
Dont take this as a insult but as a compliment.

No offence taken

I do agree on the rear. It is what lets the car down. Oh and I have forgotten one thing. The interior. It is actually very nice! That blue suits the car too.

have to agree with you guys. the rear is the letdown. however, interior makes it up because its surprisingly nice for a lotus. i actually look forward to this car cuz i have the impression its going to be fast even in base form. id like to think of it as an elise with some cargo room.

this pic looks a lot better than the press pic. still, i can't decide. the headlights seem bland to me.
