Kirkland Tire Pros - Beware & Car Damage

Hello,

For those in the Seattle area, passing along some important information about Kirkland Tire Pros, https://www.kirklandtire.com.

While getting new tires installed on my car, they damaged all four wheels during mounting. They admitted fault to the damage and agreed to pay for the repairs, but have subsequently ghosted me. The owner also told me some very disparaging remarks basically saying tough luck.

I’ve taken a few cars to them over the years for tires and now with this latest incident, I feel that I need to warn fellow enthusiasts to AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Save your hard-earned money on a trust worthy business that respects their long-term customers and acts with integrity!

Damn. Sorry to hear. Any known touchless tire shops or race shops on the area? Likely a better choice. Or even the dealer

I assume they're not associated with Costco...

Had to tell the world!
Ya'know because this is where all the local folks are.
That shop draws in folks from MILES and MILES around because of the sales and service.

There's two sides to every story, and I'm sure that this post by the OP gives a probable reason why all four rims were damaged by a tire-mounting machine:

https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...5&postcount=14

The OP's post history also has lots of content about wheel spacers, which may have caused curb rash caused long before the car went in for new tires that the OP is trying to blame on the tire shop.....
