It’ll still charge at a decent rate at 7.5W, just not as fast as it would at 15W. The OEM charger, feels like it’s only charging at less than 5W, the equivalent of plugging your phone in to the old lightning cable on USB-A. I use my phone quite a bit throughout the day, so being able to recharge fast while driving is handy for me. If my battery is extremely low though I’ll just plug it directly into my 30W USB-C cigarette lighter adapter.

So I finally got mine today and I’m happy overall, but wondering how you guys have run your wires? Any good ways to hide them and make the install look a little bit cleaner?

I didn’t really see a solution that was worth more time than a few minutes, my solution was just to buy a short cord and have as little slack from the port to the phone.
