Dual climate control sort of

I just completed doing my heater core for the second time in 8 years. First time was in 2018. I confirmed the core was clogged and running terribly inefficient. Not my first rodeo pulling a dash.

I got it all completed, bled and heat works great! However....

84 drivers, 84 passenger. top vents, dash, and lower vents. All good.

If i go 70 drivers, 84 passenger. Top vents, and lower vents match what is asked(heat). But the dash vents all blow cold, all four. So essentially I've got a failed actuator for the dual climate, but only pertaining to the dash/passenger side.

Anyone know which actuator that is? Hoping to not pull of the dash again. But at this rate i could probably have it off in 30 minutes.

Oh just in case, 2012 135I, with automatic dual climate zone options, with Valeo heater core.
