am I allowed to enter my BMW ID on a BMW loaner?

I was playing with the 740i loaner last week. I got to drive the loaner for almost a week. Many stuff wouldn't work and just said I had to enter my BMW ID. or even sometime as simple as creating a shortcut on the screen. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to enter it on a loaner. Already returned the loaner yesterday, but thought I should ask for the next time. Thanks so much!

Only in conjunction with stuffing a bag of cash into the trunk (to make sure you will remove it)! I found somebody's phone book in a loaner. My car's manual mentions a "Guest" profile as "beneficial if a driver without their own profile uses the vehicle temporarily".
