Internal air temps

Never been on the forums before but I need help. I just got my x3m40 back from replacing a majority of the cooling system including radiator and the car isn’t running right. It’s cutting power limiting boost to around 10psi randomly. The ac is also not working but not sure if they are connected or not. Car was on a mhd stage 1 93 tune with a Catless dp but I have since switched it to a 91 tune while still running 93 bc it was suggested it could be fueling issue. My IAT on recent log was 169f and charge air was 160f…. It is also 60 degrees outside. Not sure if these numbers should be this high or not but I don’t know what I’m looking at for half of these numbers so just wanting suggestions. Timing corrections are minimal but also not consistent.. could it be vanos?

If you think something is wrong after taking it to a mechanic, take it back to them.
