BMW of North America Recognizes 2025 Center of Excellence Award Winners, Celebrating the Top BMW Dealerships in the U.S.

Woodcliff Lake, NJ – April 11, 2025… The annual BMW of North America Center of Excellence awards honor the 32 BMW dealers across the nation who exemplify outstanding performance in customer experience, sales, and service. The Center of Excellence award reperesents the highest accolade a BMW center can obtain in recognition of excellence in customer satisfaction and operational performance.

“Our dealer network plays a pivotal role representing our brand to customers across the country, and their work is an essential part of creating the premium customer experience that BMW owners expect,” said Sebastian Mackensen, President and CEO, BMW of North America.

All 350 BMW centers in the U.S. were measured on five different criteria regarding their sales and aftersales performance. Throughout the year 2024, the winners consistently surpassed their competitors in each of these categories.

I always had great experience with Irvine BMW. Sewell BMW in Plano is now my local dealer.

Shocked to see Paul Miller on this list. Had such an awful experience there with sales/manager in 2021 that I vowed to never go back. Had agreed to a price on the phone for a car and when I got there they wouldn’t move at all. Hard pass, not sure what the criteria is, but other north Jersey dealers have been great to me.

Same - just bought my wife’s car in Plano and my G80 is on the way across the Atlantic . Sewell has been great.

I’m surprised because BMW Seattle is great. The dealership in Lynnwood is awful and they are the same ownership as the dealer in Eugene, OR that made the list.

To which I promptly blocked the salespersons number. (and got a better deal elsewhere)
