go to santa barbara if you wanna get an std. i have a lot of friends over at ucsb... theyre dirtbags. uci is known as the university of chinese immigrants, so if youre into the whole asian crowd go for that. and from what i hear, if you ask for to buy a sack over at irvine they look at you like youre a fucking alien or something. go to ucsb for the parties and such or go to uci for the levelheaded crowd and rigorous acedemics. with that said i would choose ucsb

i go to csun (computer science major) and would switch to either in a heartbeat

THE Florida State University!!

Accounting

LOVE IT! Thanks to the lottery playing residents of Florida I go to a top 25 school for free (100% Bright Futures). The staff have been extremely helpful with everything and I've gotten to know pretty well several influential people in the school such as the Dean of the CoB, the head of undergraduate admissions for the CoB, the Director of the Graduate Accounting program, etc. The great thing is all of them have taught classes I have taken so you get to meet them a few times a week and get to know them pretty good. All the accounting classes have been really good as well. Not too many students and the professors make it feel like one on one classes. I'm really happy that I chose to go to FSU. If I could do it all over again I would do everything the same in a heart beat.

Irvine is great if you want to be bored 24/7. I think UCSB is a good mix of fun and academics... but then again it all depends on how much partying you want to do. I guess it's nice knowing that the option of getting totally shitfaced any day of the week is available.

That's also being exaggerated. Anywhere you go will be considered "boring" if you don't know the right people, but if you do there is always something to do. Not to mention, being less than a hour from LA and roughly a hour and a half from SD doesn't hurt.

If between the two i would choose uci, but i am bias since i graduated there. BTW, here is one think to keep in mind -- how would you feel being in a school that has about 58-60% asian? I mean im not hating on them, since im asian too, but damn, thats just too many of them at one place lol.
