I suppose you're right. But there's an arrive an drive series out of Andretti Karting here in Atlanta. The interesting thing is that it's mostly filled with driver's from "real" karting who were sick of the attitudes and high cost of fielding their own karts. We also have a few guys competing that race in Speed's World GT Series.

It is really expensive. I do not know about the attitude maybe they cant handle it. Its really like the attitude in any other motorsport competition. Everyone is out to get you. I was offered to drive for Real Time(SPEED TC) as a driver development program but I choose not to since I would have wasted my youth there. One of my friends drives the Turner motorsport m3 Bryan Ortiz. We use to compete in karting together.
