This is a true story:

I was out drinking with some buddies a few years back. I saw a girl getting hit by someone. I ran towards them and it turned out to be a guy hitting this woman. I stepped in, got him on the floor and told my friends to call the police. After that i remember nothing.

Story goes the woman who was being beaten up kicked me so hard in the back of the head i passed out. I had to have metal staples in my head because of that bitch.

Worst thing i saw was in India (I am of indian origin - born in UK). My driver came to a screeching halt, i was like WTF. I peered out of the window and saw a guy with his skull all open and blood all over the place. Obviously a bike accident caused by another car.

There was a crowd around the guy. He was still alive, moaning etc..

Not one person touched the poor guy. My driver told me dont even dare to touch him. I was wtf! Guy id gonna die.

He told me that police would jail you up and put the blame on myself if i so much as touched him. Guy died there and then.

Its a fucked up world...I've decided to not intefere now. Harsh, but thats the way it goes. I got enough problems of my own.

I'm no asshole though. Hell, i carried an old mans shopping and walked him to the bus stop lastmonth. Poor guy was holding on for dear life to a lampost because of the wind. I only did this because he asked me to do so.
