NEED HELP: E60 Wheel on E38 ?

Hello guys,

My friend wanna sell the wheels (set of 5) he use on his E60 series 5 for me very cheap, $500 for all wheels and tires. Can I put them on my 2001 740i E38 with out modification? I don't have any idea about the wheel offset, ET, etc..
