chip for the 328?

I have a 2008 328 coupe. Anyone know of any chips out there that are reliable? I have been searching for a while, but have not found anything that appears even remotely safe. I found one chip that claimed to boost the car (specifying the 328) by about 25 HP and cost about 50 bucks. Based on the price and appearance of the chip and packaging, it's obvioulsy either unsafe or untrue. Please let me know if anyone has been successful at boosting their HP in a new 328 with a chip.

anything that from ebay...dont buy em'
there are lots of ecu tuners if you search....
