laptop question

i got a HP dv2000 recently and had a question about the quickplay buttons. does anyone know if theres a way for them to work when the music program your using is minimized. i usually use itunes and keep it minimized but the buttons only work if the program is selected. thanks

i think if you hit that button with the music note first then hit play or pause or whatever it works

it will bring the window up again, but if you use the mini play it just stays in the top left corner or wherever you got it, hope that helps

doesn't yours come with a remote also or no?

yea it came with a wireless infrared remote, but again the program must be selected for it to work. theres got to be some better integration software somewhere

Hmmm not sure... I just use the music button. The mini player feature is pretty cool if you keep it on top too. Doesn't really get in the way.

oh hehe sorry i didn't know you had to link it. I guess I had done that awhile ago and forgotten or maybe I just had set it as my default player. Glad you got it working though.
