Stop the commercial bumps
I'm getting very annoyed with vendors such as PySpeed and Jlevi doing numerous massive bumps in a row. Stop taking over page 1!!!
I'll intentionally avoid business with these |

Hey Guys,
I am real sorry for the excessive thread bumping. We did not realize it was overbearing but we noticed that other vendors were bumping 10 threads or so at a time so it pushed ours to the 3rd or 4th page. I completely understand it being really annoying to sift through these bumps and personally would rather it not occur- it takes a lot of time to go through the threads and bump them and is an annoyance to say the least. We really appreciate the feedback and if our posts do get excessive, definitely drop us a PM or even give us a call and tell us to knock it off. I've sent this link to all of our staff so they are aware too. Again, we are here to help you guys and participate in the community so we don't intend to spam or pollute the commercial forum. |

Agreed. It's just a battle. I wish all the vendors would form an entente, so we would all refrain from bumping. Unfortunately, when others push our threads to the 4th page, we have to do something - we need to put food on the table, too. Still, no excuses.
But, we've taken note and will refrain as much as possible. |

Looks like we're re-visiting a prior issue
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=202368 Either the rules are not followed or not enforced. Which came first? The chicken or the egg? |

E90/M3 Post has done a really good thing by limiting the number of thread bumps per vendor to 5 per day. This stops the "arms race" to bump threads and has really help us and other vendors cut down on the clutter and annoyance to members. I think this would work well for 1Addicts, it seems to be very successful on the E9X forums.

Unfortunately it's going to continue unless something happens.
If one vendor bumps their thread, does it make it right for others to do so? Same as if everyone jumped off the bridge, would you follow? I guess some will by looking at what's been going on. As a smaller vendor on here, i still refuse to bump my threads. It looks a bit desperate and tacky IMHO. |

I say we remove all the bumping... If someone wants something, the search button works fine.

To solve this, let each vendor to have their own folders.

Thanks Mark...
CollinsE90.. I never implied JLevi is a bad vendor. I think they're fantastic. I just can't stand the bumping battles. It's not their fault, but they're contributing. |

i notice this also, it can make it hard to rim shop. i think each vendor should get their own sticky to make a photo gallery showcase of their live inventory
