try to play any of the above songs on drums, you will suddenly be very happy for choosing guitar. Guitar might have beautiful melodies but without drums the whole situation is fruitless

oh i know that for a fact
 i played in a home-made band in high school so i defintely appreciate drums AND Bass as well!
