There are only like 2 movies that have to do with the end of the world. The rest of the movies you listed came out years ago. IMO "these days" constitutes recently released movies and not those that came out almost a decade ago.

looks alright but definitely has it's share of played out themes.

aliens/angels/otherworldly forces possessing people and causing them to attack other people. played out.

single pregnant woman with a baby that is going to either the cause of the end of the world or save it. Played out.

spooky possessed person crawling on the ceiling/walls (as mentioned) played out.

rogue agent/alien/ whoever who has decided to break the mold and side with the protagonist, or has been sent there as a member of the opposition of the invaders etc to intervene and also save the world/humanity in the process, also played out.

if they get it right I think it will be good, as many of these similar themes are coming from (in my opinion) some pretty terrible movies. So if you clip the best parts of those and package it all together it could work pretty well. I think I'll wait to rent it though.

if the trailer is this bad, the movie will undoubtedly be even worse. i wont even be downloading this one, much less going to see it in theaters.
