Hmm. I have to admit, that thing looks like a true luxury car (unlike the previous generation). Of course, I have a sinking feeling that as Hyundai becomes more technologically advanced, the reliability of their vehicles will decrease. Of course, there's still that 100,000 mile warranty.
Oh, and has anyone else noticed that Hyundais are getting more expensive? Still, one must give credit where credit is due. |

Interior looks nice though. And damn, they did mess up the new Altima too.. it was fine before. And I wish people wouldn't be so fooled by their "100,000 miles warranty" marketing crap. That's just power train. Don't think for a second you can take that thing to the dealer with 75k miles on it for the stuff people bring their BMWs in for (before 50k). Don't fall for the marketing.

^ that's funny. I swear it favors the Camry.
and though I'm not a fan of the front end, I expect this car to sell by the boatload.

Its increadible how unoriginal this auto manufacturer is. But, then again its pretty much a generic brand anyways.

so it seems hyundai took the new E-class coupe, merged the headlights, and slapped 2 more doors on it.

Nice try
I see at least 10 different car company designs incorporated. FAIL.

I have to agree.
I see Camry + Lexus LS + that Benz pictured above. with a small car accident deforming the grille. but hey...whatever works. all things considered, it looks better than any other cars in the sub $25,000 class that I can think of.

Wow!
No wonder Toyota said their rival is Hyundai.

Still a solid design. Not a "cheap" knockoff.

I don't get it. Looks pretty good to me especially for a $15k or so car...

Nope. They're both generic.
There's only so much you can do with a modern mainstream design that's proven to look good; A swoopy roofline (how could that be exclusive to the CC? car profiles have always been progressively more swoopy, this just makes sense), strong character line (CC copied the E92), strong lower suage line, and wide amorphic taillights are all that are similar, and it's not like you can do much to those without compromising sales because it'll end up looking awkward. The Hyundai's front end is, dare I say it, more adventurous than the cyborg looking CC's, and they have different DLOs, trim, and front/rear designs. The Genesis even flows better and makes better use of symmetry. I've never been a huge fan of the boring-as-shit CC anyways.
