I am happy for the individuals in the team. But the reality is that BMW has lost its F1 team.

I'm glad there is some immediate future for BMW in F1. It will be a long road for them to have a competitive team, but this is certainly a positive move.

I'm a bit confused, will they keep the BMW-Sauber name or will it just be Sauber like before?
I thought that since BMW is pulling out and sold all their shares to Peter Sauber then the name "BMW" won't be on the car anywhere right or am I wrong? |

Sad to say but there is no near future for BMW in F1, they are simply not selling the team to Qadbak and agreed to sell it back to Peter Sauber. The name would just probably be Sauber next year if the team get a spot on the grid (most likely since that was part of the deal). On top of that, BMW is cutting the team labor force from 388 to 250 head count.

You are right. Pending more information, one may even speculate whether the Sauber team will use BMW engines.
