They got that lame ass name when the dude making their highlight film sometime in the 70s needed to come up with a name for the FILM. The following year on the opening day their own announcer introduced them as "America's Team" because he, too, saw the highlight film and the name stuck. Very unfortunate if you ask me.

That's what I hate about the guy. He goes on these hot streaks where he just ruins every opponent's season, and then he completely falls apart.

Well Romo does it every year, but disappoints his fans. The 'girls offensive line just got wrecked all game. And I loved every minute of it. I've seen QB's take some saks, but not that many straight on hits.

Yep, they do. I still to this day have never understood how they became "America's team".

My coworker is huge cowboys fan and I talk shit all season, every year. She takes it good though and knows it's all in good fun. She's actually wearing all black today, lmao! She said, "Romo f****** sucks!"
