I should have said that Bernie Inc. would ignore it, any sane sanctioning body would toss the Suedschleife and return to the full track.
Monza, like Monaco is about history, pity it no longer has the banking, that would be very cool to see. |

What was also a failure was the selection process. So glad Mosley is gone. I'm going to give Todt the benefit of the doubt.
The indy GP sucked, what they did with the layout was pretty bad (1st gear corner? seriously?). I'm not sure if they were trying to keep the cars from going faster than the beloved indy cars on the straight, or what. Manhattan and Vegas would be nice (vegas has happened). It would be very american, but it just won't happen. Nobody (don't take me wrong) likes F1 in the US, and USF1 just helped that feeling. Failure after failure, it just keeps getting worse (Scott Speed, Indy fiasco, USF1...). With no local tv ratings, teams, or drivers, a race is just not going to happen. It's truly a shame, with the US being such a big and industrious country, for them to be out of what is absolutely the most technical racing in the world. But hey, they've got NASCAR and they love it. I'm not going to coment on it because when it comes to NASCAR, I just can't be polite.

They close Long Beach Cali every year of the ALMS race. Maybe we should spread awareness about that racing series. There are at least american drivers and teams in that series. And its pretty good racing to boot. |
